A great recipe to get a head start on your Rosh Hashana baking
- 4 cups flour
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup honey
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¾ cup oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- In the bowl of a mixer, combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes before forming cookies.
- Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350ºF. Roll cookies into balls and place on lined baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes.
